Terms and Conditions

Legal Entity: IC Network Ltd (“IC Network”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”), trading as Inflate Capital.
Broker Partner: Star Trader (“the Broker”).

1. Nature of the Service

IC Network Ltd operates a proprietary Corporate Master Account. By participating in our system, you are electing to utilize a copytrading bridge provided by Star Trader to mirror the trades executed by our Corporate Master Account into your personal trading account.

2. Role of IC Network Ltd vs. Star Trader

  • IC Network Ltd (The Strategy Provider): We are responsible solely for the management of our own Corporate Master Account and the generation of trade signals based on our proprietary Liquidity and Fair Value Gap strategies.
  • Star Trader (The Execution & Access Provider): Star Trader is the third-party entity that provides the technical infrastructure and legal authorization for you to access and mirror our system. All trade execution, order filling, margin management, and fund custody are handled exclusively by the Broker.

3. Absolute Limitation of Liability & No-Accountability Clause

By participating in the IC Network Ltd system, you agree to the following absolute waiver of liability:

  • No Accountability for Losses: You expressly acknowledge that trading involves the risk of total loss of capital. IC Network Ltd, its directors, and its affiliates cannot and will not be held accountable or legally liable for any financial losses incurred in your account.
  • Trading at Own Risk: Every trade mirrored from our Corporate Master Account is accepted by you at your own risk. We do not provide financial advice, and our master trades are not tailored to your specific financial situation.
  • Execution Risks: IC Network Ltd is not responsible for “slippage,” “latency,” or “execution gaps” where the price in your account differs from the price in our Corporate Master Account. These are technical functions of the Broker and the market.
  • Waiver of Claims: You hereby waive any right to seek damages, refunds, or compensation from IC Network Ltd for any account drawdown, margin call, or total loss of funds.

4. Fund Custody and Security

  • No Access to Funds: IC Network Ltd never handles, holds, or sees your investment capital. Your funds are held in your name at Star Trader.
  • Broker Responsibility: Any issues regarding deposits, withdrawals, or the safety of your principal are strictly between you and Star Trader. IC Network Ltd is not liable for broker insolvency, though we note that Star Trader maintains insurance via Lloyds of London for your protection.

5. Performance Fees and Affiliate Rewards

  • Performance Fee: You agree to a 30% performance fee on net profits, which is automatically processed by the Broker.
  • Affiliate Program: Participation in the 10-level referral program is optional. IC Network Ltd is not liable for the failure of any participant to earn rewards or for any misrepresentations made by independent affiliates.

6. Technical and Market Disclaimer

IC Network Ltd provides the trade signals from its Corporate Master Account on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee:

  1. That the system will be profitable.
  2. That the connection between our account and yours will be uninterrupted.
  3. That market conditions will allow for the successful execution of our strategy.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IC Network Ltd and its officers (including Benjamin Nelmes, Mark Sleep, and Ben Fuller) from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the copytrading system or your participation in the affiliate network.

8. Acknowledgment of Risk

By connecting your account to the IC Network Ltd system, you confirm:

  • ✅ I understand that IC Network Ltd is not a financial advisor.
  • ✅ I acknowledge that I am mirroring a Corporate Master Account at my own risk.
  • ✅ I agree that IC Network Ltd is not liable for any losses I may sustain.
  • ✅ I confirm that Star Trader is the entity providing me access to this system, and any technical or execution issues must be addressed with them.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of IC Network Ltd. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of said jurisdiction.
